We are once again in the midst of a crisis- this time we're all challenged by high energy prices, war in Europe, the aftermath of the lockdowns, and a climate crisis in full action. But what if this is a chance for us all to change our behaviors for good and kickstart the journey towards a more sustainable fashion industry?  Here in Res-Res we have talked a lot about how to find our place in this new economy - how can we practice what we preach, and still...

Circular Fashion, sustainably-produced, organic, ethical, vegan… these and many other buzz-words spread throughout the fashion industry in the last years to emphasize the responsibility of fashion brands.  So, what would you expect from a conventional fashion brand following a fast fashion business model until then? You would hope that these brands would restructure their business model to become more sustainable. Unfortunately, many of them rather invest more into PR-campaigns that make them appear more sustainable, while continuing business-as-usual. This is deceptive for consumers, and harmful for our planet and textile workers. The term "Greenwashing" refers to all these allegedly sustainability...

We are very excited to become an Official Nudie Jeans Repair partner from today! This means, that we are now officially part of their repair and reuse programme. With every repair, we contribute to save water and to reduce textile waste. It is also a statement that we value every garment, and actively want to encourage a more sustainable consumption culture. 

Yesterday was just a regular rainy day in our little shop in Nørrebro, with customers popping by sharing their stories and knowledge - but this was special! "You really belong on that list” the customer said... "hmm what list" we asked? Thanks for a belated Christmas gift from CondeNast who in December placed Res-Res as one of top ten shops to visit in Copenhagen. Thank you guys - it makes it all worth while! We will keep on working for better clothes, better working conditions and a more sustainable approach to life! 

With this special T-shirt, Kråp celebrates Nørrebro. Sky high square meter prices, wide bike lanes, greasy shawarma, pumping rythms at Dronning Louise Bro, cheap candy stores and dangling dreadlocks. All this meets at Nørrebro Station! Therefore, Kråp has produced a very limited number of T-shirts with a special print - designed by designer Stephanie Felice Møller Andreasen - based on a picture taken by photographer Dan Frisk Petersen.
